Good Samaritan

All of us at Chapter E want to honor those who have gone
above-and-beyond  assisting or coming to the aid of others.
So, if a member of Chapter E has been a Good Samaritan
and you feel they should be honored, please notify a staff
member and give us the details.

Kelles Fleming

Kelles was nominated for Good Samaritan during the October meeting for his donation of Frequent Flier miles.  A neighbor of Kelles and Laura Sue had little time to live because of Liver Cancer and she had a son living near Portland, Oregon who couldn't afford to fly himself and his family back to Georgia.  Hospice was working with the Make-A-Wish foundation to get airline tickets but paperwork was going very slow.  Kelles and Laura Sue's church was trying to get Delta "Buddy Passes" but encountering problems.  After hearing how much this lady had deteriorated, Kelles scheduled and got the family home to Barnesville to spend the last three days of life with his mother.
