Chapter Shirt Drawing Award

Each month a drawing is conducted among the Chapter members.
If the member's name who is drawn is present and wearing his/her
chapter shirt or vest, they win the award.  If that member isn't present
or is not wearing the proper attire, the award rolls over to the next
month's gathering.
