Sixteen
members have traveled to Nashville to take in the 28th Wing Ding.
With a day of riding in temperatures in the low to mid 90s, several stops
were made to re-hydrate and care for a couple of heat related items.
But, all of us are here and ready to the Opening Ceremonies scheduled for
tomorrow morning.
Once
at the hotel, everyone got refreshed and met for a nice supper at the
Santa Fe restaurant that is near the hotel. With all the GWRRA folks
in town, it wasn't a big surprise to hear the wait time was going to be
almost an hour. During the time, we moved around and got to talk
with our friends face-to-face instead of over the CB. We also met
some members from Connecticut Chapter E. We will be meeting a lot
more as all the Chapter E's from all over the US meet to have lunch after
the Opening Ceremonies.
